Can I pick-up my bike? (USA customers)
If you live close to our distribution center in Blaine, WA then you can pick up your bike instead of getting it shipped. This is usually convenient for residents in the Seattle, WA area. With picking up your bike locally you save the shipping cost of $49 USD. Our bike mechanics will go through the assembly process and make sure the bike meet our standards before it leaves our warehouse.
When placing an order online, you will see an option "Local pickup at Blaine, WA Free". Please note that this option is available upon selecting state "Washington".
After your order is placed, we will contact you to setup time for you to pick up the bike. The Blaine, WA distribution center is open Mon-Friday 9am-9pm. On Saturday it's open between 9am-4pm.
